10:30-10:45 – Short Lavatory Break
Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.
Transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long is available if the guest request with charge:

11:45-12:00 – Boarding The Cruise
The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be awaiting your arrival with a big smile.
12:00-13:30 – Lunch On Board
The cruise departs from Tuan Chau Harbor for a joyful journey to discover the beauty of the world heritage Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will have a chance to pass through the grandeur of the legendary bay with thousands of limestone islands such as Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and especially Thumb Rock – a beautiful limestone islet rising from sea water in the shape of a giant thumb. Mother Nature has put Thumb Rock here to send a message of goodness to every passenger cruising in the ancient bay.
Have a Huge-Buffet Lunch with a variety of dishes including Seafood – and Vietnamese Food.
13:30-14:30 – Explore Surprising Cave (Amazing Cave – Sung Sot Cave)
Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. After about 200 steps under the forest canopy, the entrance of the cave shows up. A paradise appears in front of you. You will discover the cave in about 45 minutes before getting back to the cruise (For other tourists who can’t walk much, you can stay on the cruise, chilling out on the sundeck)
14:30-15:30 – Kayaking
Cruise heads to Luon Cave. In this area, it’s time for you to heat up with kayaking (about 30 minutes kayaking) or enjoy the beautiful scenery at Hang Luon (Creepy Cave) with the Rowboat – which is rowed by the local people in Ha Long Bay.
15:30-17:00 – Titop Island – Titop Beach – Titop Mountain
Stop at Titop Island. On this small island, you can climb halfway up the mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Looking down from high above gives you a wonderful sensation; at the same time offers you a spectacular view of every corner of the bay.
16:30 – Sunset Party – Tea, Cakes, Wine, Juice, Fruits
Complimentary: Wine, Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, juice, and little cakes to keep you satisfied until you return to Hanoi. While the sunset starts to drop and the sky fills with deep reds, purples, and yellows, enjoy the return sail.
17:30 – Disembark – Bus
We dock at the harbor, get back onto the busses, and cruise down the high-speed highway. A quick stop halfway, and back to Hanoi
20:00-20:30 – Hotel Drop

*On weekends, some roads will not allow vehicles to make room for the Walking street therefore our buses will drop you off at the closest and most suitable point in the Old Quarter instead.

- From 8-21ys prior to actual arrival will be charged 30% of the total booking value
- From 4 -7 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value
- From 72 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value

- 1-3 days prior to actual arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value
- 24 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value
Payment Policy:
- Arcady Luxury Cruise accepts cash payment in US Dollars and Vietnam Dong.
- Due to strict rules of banks in Vietnam regarding foreign currencies, only new clean notes of US
- Dollar issues from 2006 until now are accepted. Notes with red marks, dirty marks, and issued before 2006 are not accepted because they are refused by banks and have no value.
- Credit card payment is accepted and is subject to 3% extra for credit card fees.
Notes For Guests:
- Guests are requested to submit their personal information at least 24 hours prior to the departure for the travel declaration to the port authority, including Full name, Birthday, and Address.
- The order of sightseeing places is subject to change. However, guests will visit all the places listed in the itinerary.
- The order of attractions may change but still ensure enough attractions according to the program.
- Unused services such as meals, sightseeing tours, transport, and activities listed in the agenda will not be refunded or exchanged.
- The duration of the tour is subject to change. The tour might end later or earlier than the agenda due to the wind direction and the tide.
- Guests can pay 100% before the tour or deposit 50% and pay 50% before checkout.
