Children and Extra beds:
- Free of charge for one child below the age of 6 years sharing bed with 02 adults. Limited one child per cabin only.

Surcharges:
- Surcharge $50/pax on Christmas (December 24), and New Year's Eve (December 31) (including earlier departure date)

Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the total rates.
- 15 to 30 days before trip: 50% of the total rates.
- From 7 to 14 days before trip: 75% of the total rates.
- No refunds for cancellations 7 days before the journey.

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (None of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): Used services will be charged, the others will be refunded.
- The 3 days 2 nights trip is cut down into 2 days 1 night: Customers will be charged as much as 2 days 1 night trip, plus services that have been used. The others will be refunded.
