TERMS OF USE
Your money or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (if applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions, and you (and your agent) has been accepted.
Terms and Conditions below are the basis of the contractual relationship between Ha Long Tour Daily and customers. It is extremely important, our customers understand and accept the Terms and Conditions as well as all of the website content.
Book tour
You can book tickets to our office via email: sales@hanoisportshotel.com or by fax (84-4) and will be our 3926.00.52 confirmed within 3 working days.
Payment and Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the tour is required at time of booking. Full payment is required or at least 7 days before departure program. Should the tour bookings within 7 days of travel before departure, you must pay the full
Payment methods:
All payments are processed before 30 working days prior to arrival date. We offer 4 forms of payment:
1. Online payment with PAY ONE: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and cards are accepted (3.85% of the amount will be for bank fees)
We connect OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept card payments online (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL security standard international cards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (Merchant).
Once you have received the invoice link, please check the information of the bill. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click I agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Submit.
You will be redirected to the payment gateway for our OnePAY to pay online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and cards with the following steps:

Declare
(Reserved for customers paying by credit card). Daily Ha Long Tour will withdraw dollars from your credit card. The amount should be shown on your credit card. (3% of the amount will be charged for bank fees)

Tour is quoted dollar price on our website as well as customized tour cost and quote in US dollars with you at the time you are making the booking.
Refund
We deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip. However, we recognize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In case of cancellation we will refund any payments made to Halong Daily Tour (minus the cancellation fee is applicable) within 14 days of receiving our written request to cancel your friend. All cancellations must be notified in writing or by email or fax
Cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
More than 30 days before the trip departure. Free, 30% of price for the deposit is refundable (minus bank charges 3%)
1. Cancellations received 16-28 days before departure: Will be charged 10% of the tour.
2. Cancellations received 8-15 days prior to departure: Will be charged 60% of the tour
3. Cancellation received 7-0 days before arrival: will be charged 100% of the tour
No program visitors will be 100% of the tour price full cost of any tour if available.
After the trip has started, we can not refund money for unused services due to early departure, late arrival, or date of death on the tour.
Travel documents
All customers must own a valid passport and a visa or permit required at the commencement of travel. All such documents are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your travel advisor can assist you in applying for travel documentation required upon request. Daily Ha Long Tour no responsibility or liability for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
Health Requirements
Customers must take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements for the area in which they intend to visit. Accompanied baggage:

Travel insurance
Daily Ha Long Tour Travel accident insurance and all insurance is not part of our package or dependent or sightseeing. We recommend that you buy full travel insurance from your country of origin.
Complain
You will feel dissatisfied with any services Ha Long Tour Daily has provided, please notify the local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the same problems occur again during your trip.
In case of a complaint or a claim, you must notify us via email, regular mail or fax in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to a claim. Daily Ha Long Tour will not be responsible for any claim when completing your tour after more than 15 days later.
Daily Ha Long Tour will act as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, trains, boats, and other property in the event of a complaint.

Service Vouchers
Vouchers will be issued by the Daily Ha Long Tour after the trip bookings are confirmed and payment is completed. A service vouchers will be sent via email / fax or email to the passengers.
Liability and responsibility

Ha Long Tour Daily tour packages include activities that require attention care.
